Cookie & Similar Technologies Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and SDK storage) we use, the legal basis for each category, and how you manage your consent.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and SDK storage. They are used for core functionality, security and — after consent — statistics.

2. Strictly necessary technologies

These are required to operate the Service and do not require consent (legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the service you request). The exact, current cookie names are listed in the dynamic cookie declaration below.

  • Authentication (Clerk): keeps you securely signed in via a session cookie.
  • Consent management (Cookiebot): stores your consent choices.
  • Security/abuse prevention (Cloudflare Turnstile): distinguishes humans from bots on public forms. It is a security technology, not analytics.
  • Payments (Stripe): on payment or billing pages, Stripe may set strictly-necessary cookies for fraud prevention.

3. Statistics technologies (consent-based)

These load only after you grant "statistics" consent (legal basis: consent).

  • Vercel Analytics: cookieless traffic measurement. Although it sets no cookies, in our setup it loads only after statistics consent.
  • PostHog: product analytics via the EU endpoint. With its default persistence configuration, PostHog stores a pseudonymous identifier in cookies and local storage. It loads only after statistics consent.

4. How to accept, reject or withdraw consent

On your first visit a consent banner appears. You can accept or reject statistics. You can change your choices at any time using the "Change cookie settings" button below.

5. Browser controls

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, security, or forms from working.

6. Dynamic cookie declaration

The detailed cookie inventory below is provided and kept up to date automatically by our consent-management provider (Cookiebot) and is shown in your language.
