Can I import my students from Excel?

What is an active student?
An active student is a student in your account who is not archived. That number is what your plan is based on.
Do archived students count?
No. Archived and inactive students don't count towards your plan limit — only students who are currently active.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly in euro. Cancel at any time; your service continues until the end of the current billing period, and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Can I upgrade as my centre grows?
Yes. Move up a plan whenever you need more active students — your data stays exactly as it is.
Is there a free plan?
There's no free-forever plan, but during Early Access every new centre gets its first 3 months free — no credit card required, so you won't be charged automatically. The free period includes all generally available features and up to 50 active students, and is available once per centre. When it ends, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan, and your data stays intact so you can pick up where you left off.
